2026 Pinedorado Parade Entry Form

The 76th Annual Pinedorado Parade  
September 5th, 2026

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Entry Fees:
Business = $60    Group = $30     Individual = $15;
Qualified School/Non-Profit groups=$0

All registrations must be received NO LATER than September 1st, 2026

Fees can be paid online by going to www.CambriaLions.org, and finding the tab for Parade. You can also submit fees in the following ways:
 
Mail Checks to: Lions Club of Cambria, P.O. Box 717, Cambria, CA 93428, or drop off entry forms and checks at our new Pinedorado Grounds Drop Box at the north side of the red building, near the entrance to the Grounds.


Checks should be made payable to: Lions Club of Cambria.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your entry form was received immediately following your online submission. Please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation: pinedorado@gmail.com

The acceptance of a parade entry is at the discretion of the Parade committee.
Accepted entrants will receive their parade instructions via email  a few weeks prior to the Parade.

PARADE RULES:
You may hand out candy, gum, etc. but may NOT THROW anything from your parade entry.

The Judge's Stand is in front of the Vet's Hall. Please remember to keep moving. Your performance in front of the judge’s stand must be completed in two minutes or less.

With your entry, you are accepting responsibility for proper conduct of all participants in your group.

Disclaimer: The Parade participants hereby agree to attend at their own expense and to indemnify and hold harmless the Lions Club of Cambria, Pinedorado Lions Foundation, the county of San Luis Obispo, all agents, and members, including their representatives and insurance carrier, from any and all liability, damage, losses, claims, and expense, howsoever caused, resulting directly or indirectly from or in connection with the performance of the agreement beginning at 6 A.M., September 5th, 2026 and continuing throughout the parade ---irrespective of whether such claim was actually or allegedly caused wholly or in part or at all through oversight of the Cambria Lions Club and Pinedorado Lions Foundation or its agent members. By submitting this application, you agree that you have reviewed all the information and data required to ensure that this form is complete, and understand that the deadline for submitting this application is September 1, 2026.
